As CMO at Ottimate, Michael is pushing clients to rethink their perspective of AI and how it can significantly improve profitability and productivity, while being cautious that not all AI is built equally.
Before joining Ottimate, Michael’s 25 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing included senior Marketing positions at Tenovos, Uberflip, NewStore, and Black Duck Software.
Michael has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business (with honors) from De Montfort University in England and now resides in Boston, Mass.

Dan is CFO of Ottimate, a leading provider of AP automation and payment services to mid-sized and enterprise companies. Before joining Ottimate, Dan held multiple CFO positions, including Finance Operating Partner for H.I.G. Capital, where he supported operations in often very challenging situations for portfolio companies.
Before H.I.G., Dan started and successfully exited Veritable Screening, a company in the pre-employment background check industry, and worked as an M&A banker for nearly a decade, executing both sell-side and buy-side transactions. His prior firms include Macquarie Bank, Jefferies & Co., and Houlihan Lokey.
Dan received his B.A. in Philosophy from Pomona College and his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus in finance.
