Cookie Policy

For ottimate.com
Last updated November 4th, 2026

This page lists every cookie and similar technology used on ottimate.com, what each one does, who sets it, and how long it lasts. It supports our Website Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Information handled inside the Ottimate platform is covered separately.

What these technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your browser on a later page or a later visit. We also use related technologies that do similar jobs: pixels (tiny images that record that a page loaded), tags and scripts (small programs that run in your browser), and browser storage (data saved in your browser without using a cookie). Throughout this page we use “cookies” as shorthand for all of them.

Some are set by us. Most are set by companies we work with — analytics providers, advertising platforms, and business data providers — and those companies can recognize your browser across other websites that use the same technology.

Your choices

The first time you visit, you will see a notice explaining that the site processes personal data, with a link to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — this link appears in the notice and in the footer of every page. Selecting it and saving opts you out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for the browser you are using. It applies to every category below except Necessary.

Global Privacy Control — if your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out and apply it automatically. You do not need to do anything else.

Your browser settings — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, individually or all at once. If you block them entirely, parts of this site will not work properly.

The opt-out is a single choice covering all non-essential cookies, not a set of per-category switches. If you want finer control than that, your browser settings are the place to get it.

Your choice is stored in a cookie on the device and browser you are using. If you clear your cookies, switch browsers, or use a different device, you will need to make the choice again.
